  • Dr. rer. nat. Dieter Kramps is CEO and CVO of cobago GmbH, which he develops since 2016. For more than 15 years he has been dealing with new technologies from the point of view of users and providers, today with a special focus on industry 4.0, mobile application systems, security aspects and the Internet of Things. Parallel to this activity, Dr. Kramps works as an expert in the field of information technology for leading management and technological journals.

Advisory board

  • Idris Nizami, a member of cobago’s advisory board from the very beginning, advises cobago on strategic issues, complex contractual situations and demanding sales tasks. Mr. Nizami brings many years of experience in the areas of customer service, sales and M&A to cobago from his management positions at BPO companies (e.g. Contact Center, Transaction Processing, System Integration/Application Management).
  • Dr.-Ing. Michael W. Lempik accompanies cobago in its strategic market orientation and business development. He is a partner in his own company and supports cobago with his expertise and decades of experience as well as his professional network. Lecturer activities at the TUHH Hamburg – Harburg as well as at the private university FOM, Essen are part of his current portfolio. In the past, Dr. Lempik held responsible positions at Stinnes AG, Rhenus SE & Co.KG and Swisslog AG. His professional career began as a scientific assistant. He works at the chair “Industrial Logistics” of the University of Dortmund.
  • Uwe Scholz supports cobago in marketing communications, press and public relations. He has been active internationally for two decades as a consultant, responsible employee in companies and journalist in the field of new technologies. During this time he was responsible for marketing tasks at Siemens AG, mbp Software & Systems, AVM, DICA and Systor. Through his agency Uwe Scholz New Technology Communication, he has been supporting companies with national and international communication tasks since 2002.
  • Rainer Barth – Bankkauf- und Dipl. Kfm. -, advisory board and active commercial consultant, is actively involved in various medium-sized companies and supports them in the financial sector. For more than 20 years, Mr. Barth was in charge of overall commercial responsibility (CEO, CFO) for medium-sized companies with simultaneous international responsibility. He led multinational and multidisciplinary teams.
